Chelsea is a public school consultant at Horizon Consulting Group. She has been working in the field of special education since 2016.  Chelsea holds an Undergraduate Degree in Speech Therapy and Communication Disorders, a Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and she is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Chelsea has worked in a variety of special education service models including private centers, public schools, home based services and community programs. Currently, Chelsea provides behavior analytic consultation to public school districts focusing on substantially separate classrooms, inclusion classrooms, assessments and staff training.
